Acacia Real Estate has 4 pieces of land in Mozambique measuring from 1200m2 to 2.5ha. They are in Manica, Chimoio and Maputo (Salamanga).
Manica Lodge, Manica.
The land in Manica is about 1200m2 and has drawings ready for construction. Construction work will start in Q2 2025. It has a Construction license for Lodge construction.
Sussundega Lodge, Chimoio
The land in Chimoio Sussundenga is 3000m2 and has drawings and approved Construction License. One Block comprising 7 flats is under construction.

We have another land in Sussundenga that we wanted to expand into Poultry Business, this land is not currently used but plans are that in Q3 2025 poultry production will begin.
The Rendezvous Salamanga, Maputo
Our Salamanga land is the biggest land we have, its 2,3ha. We have approval from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources as this is a Protected area. We have a DUAT (Proof of Land ownership) .

On this land we have Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Our Phase 2 is dedicated to individuals interested in owning a holiday home in the stunning landscapes of Mozambique. Recognizing the environmental sensitivity of this beautiful area, our development will focus on constructing well-designed timber A-frame houses, meticulously built to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This architectural style not only harmonizes with the natural surroundings but also promotes sustainability.
